Quel est ton r\u00f4le chez Trustpair ?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chez Trustpair, je suis un peu un couteau suisse. Si \u00e0 la base je m\u2019occupe du p\u00f4le recrutement, j\u2019ai remarqu\u00e9 \u00e0 mon arriv\u00e9e que l&rsquo;on pouvait encore am\u00e9liorer des choses niveau People. Par cons\u00e9quent, j\u2019ai pris le r\u00f4le de <strong>HRBP<\/strong> &#8211; <em>HR Business Partner<\/em> &#8211;\u00a0 ce qui veut dire que je travaille \u00e9galement sur la strat\u00e9gie et les probl\u00e9matiques RH, comme : l&rsquo;onboarding et l&rsquo;offboarding, l&rsquo;Office Management, les entretiens p\u00e9riodiques, la gestion administrative et juridique. A part cela, je collabore avec l\u2019\u00e9quipe Marketing pour sublimer notre marque employeur.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>2. Pourquoi avoir rejoins l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe ?<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce qui m&rsquo;a motiv\u00e9 \u00e0 rejoindre l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe Trustpair, c&rsquo;est<strong> la transparence et les valeurs<\/strong> qu&rsquo;elle pr\u00f4ne. Trustpair est une entreprise tr\u00e8s <strong>saine<\/strong>, dans laquelle la <strong>culture du feedback<\/strong> est forte, et ce toujours dans la <strong>bienveillance<\/strong>. La communication se fait en face \u00e0 face, sans passer par des interm\u00e9diaires. Toutes les personnes sont dot\u00e9es d\u2019une grande <strong>audace<\/strong> et d\u2019une <strong>humilit\u00e9<\/strong> remarquable. En fait, <strong>c\u2019est tout sauf une structure politique.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>3. Un process de recrutement chez Trustpair, \u00e7a ressemble \u00e0 quoi ?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nous sommes efficaces et nous allons \u00e0 l\u2019essentiel. D\u2019abord, nous <strong>d\u00e9couvrons la personne<\/strong>, ensuite, nous la <strong>challengeons<\/strong> et pour finir, nous lui permettons de <strong>d\u00e9couvrir et tester le produit<\/strong>, rencontrer des personnes d\u2019autres \u00e9quipes ainsi que les fondateurs, le noyau de Trustpair. Au final, nous menons 5 entretiens fluides et dynamiques, et l&rsquo;on partage \u00e0 chaque fois un <strong>feedback au candidat<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>4. Comment c&rsquo;est la vie au bureau ?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nous avons un espace spacieux o\u00f9 les bureaux ne sont pas d\u00e9di\u00e9s : nous voulons promouvoir l\u2019id\u00e9e de <strong>flex office<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plusieurs choses sont mises en place pour rendre la journ\u00e9e la plus agr\u00e9able possible. Par exemple, nous avons un babyfoot \u26bd\ufe0f , des encas sains  , ainsi que de magnifiques plantes qui habillent notre open space  .<\/span><\/p>\n<p>La pause d\u00e9jeuner est sacr\u00e9e chez Trustpair ! C&rsquo;est vraiment un moment de coh\u00e9sion et de partage o\u00f9 tout le monde en profite pour discuter et se d\u00e9tendre autour d\u2019un bon repas. D&rsquo;ailleurs pour l&rsquo;anecdote, la plupart des gens sont fan de <em>Top Chef<\/em>\u00a0  \u200d <\/p>\n<h3>Et toi, quelle est ta saison <em>Top Chef<\/em> pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e ?<\/h3>\n<p>Je dirai la saison 2 remport\u00e9e par St\u00e9phanie Le Quellec. C&rsquo;est une cheffe que je suis depuis d\u00e8s ann\u00e9es et dont j&rsquo;admire beaucoup le travail !<\/p>\n<h2><b>5. C&rsquo;est quoi les avantages \u00e0 travailler chez Trustpair ?\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il y a une \u00e9norme possibilit\u00e9 de prendre de l\u2019<strong>ownership<\/strong>, et c&rsquo;est d&rsquo;ailleurs ce qui m&rsquo;a s\u00e9duite ! On peut sortir de sa zone de confort et de sa fiche de poste afin de modeler son r\u00f4le et faire en sorte que ses missions deviennent plus int\u00e9ressantes et compl\u00e8tes. On peut m\u00eame challenger les fondateurs qui sont ouverts aux feedbacks externes et \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e d\u2019am\u00e9liorer des choses. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chez Trustpair, tout le monde est cadre et notre <strong>emploi du temps est tr\u00e8s flexible<\/strong> : chacun peut s\u2019organiser comme il le souhaite, tant que cela permet de garder une bonne coh\u00e9sion d&rsquo;\u00e9quipe. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nous g\u00e9rons aussi tr\u00e8s bien le quotidien en <strong>remote<\/strong>, qui ne nuit pas du tout \u00e0 la culture d\u2019entreprise.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Personnellement, je suis tr\u00e8s attach\u00e9e \u00e0 la bienveillance, la sinc\u00e9rit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la culture du feedback. Des valeurs bien \u00e9videment partag\u00e9e au sein de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>6.
